One of the highlights was the hands-on demonstrations, where participants could explore Oracle’s latest innovations and learn about their practical applications and benefits. These interactive experiences made the technology more tangible and inspiring.
Another major benefit of the event was the networking opportunities. I had the chance to connect with peers, Oracle experts, and partners—exchanging ideas, discussing challenges, and discovering new possibilities.

This lab was for experienced users and administrators of Oracle Fusion Applications. It provided hands-on insights into enabling AI features in ERP, CX, HCM, and SCM. They presented demo environments and learned configuration, security roles, and testing procedures for enabling classic and generative AI.
They talked about:
- AI features embedded in Oracle Fusion Applications and Set up generative AI for document automation, chatbots, and intelligent data entry.
- Configure AI settings for ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX and Configure approval workflows enhanced by AI-driven decision-making
- They showed us several AI-driven in a live demo environment and it was perfect👌
They mentioned Oracle embeds AI in Fusion Apps using built-in intelligent features for Automation & Smart Workflows and AI-driven process improvements and Natural-language chatbots integrated into the UI of Fusion Apps.

She talked about discovering the latest innovations with Oracle's application development platform and how to unlock your business's full potential with AI also how to accelerate the development of AI-powered applications using Oracle Code Assist, build and deploy AI applications at scale on a managed Kubernetes platform, and easily add intelligence to any application with user-friendly AI services.
and also talked about exploring innovations in AI, Java, the Kubernetes platform, low-code development, integration, Oracle Database, MySQL, and more. Plus, how developers are leveraging the power and cost-efficiency of Oracle’s platform to create exceptional solutions for real business challenges.
About Oracle Code Assist for AI-Powered Development The speaker introduced Oracle Code Assist, an AI-driven tool that enhances developer productivity by automating and accelerating coding tasks. Leveraging machine learning and generative AI models, Code Assist provides intelligent code suggestions, auto-completions, and real-time error detection. For instance, it can recommend optimized code patterns for integrating AI models into applications, reducing repetitive coding and enabling developers to build sophisticated AI-powered solutions faster. This tool is particularly valuable for creating applications that require complex logic, such as predictive analytics or natural language processing (NLP) features. These services provide pre-built APIs for capabilities like natural language processing NLP , image recognition, predictive analytics, and generative AI.

In this session, the speaker discussed how Oracle Database 23ai is redefining data management by integrating advanced AI features, Autonomous Database capabilities, and multicloud support. Attendees learned about the key innovations introduced in Oracle 23ai, including AI Vector Search, in-database machine learning, and enhanced JSON relational duality for modern application development.
The session emphasized Oracle’s ongoing commitment to a converged database strategy, offering a single, unified database engine that supports relational, spatial, graph, JSON, XML, and blockchain data models—all within the same core engine. Additionally, the speaker explained how the upgrade to Oracle 23ai is now simpler and more efficient than ever before, thanks to improvements in Oracle Multitenant architecture, which allows for pluggable database (PDB) upgrades with minimal downtime and increased manageability.Multicloud refers to the strategy of using multiple cloud providers AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and OCI simultaneously, combining their services to meet business needs. This workshop focused on how to build a Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG chatbot that leverages advanced AI technologies such as vector similarity search and Large Language Models (LLMs). The RAG architecture combines the power of semantic retrieval with generative AI to provide accurate and context-aware responses, even when the input data is unstructured or highly domain-specific.
the speaker demonstrated how unstructured text data like documents, manuals, or support tickets can be converted into dense vector embeddings using embedding models ( OpenAI, Cohere, or in-database embeddings in Oracle 23ai). These vectors are stored in a vector database or vector store, where similarity search algorithms can efficiently retrieve the most relevant pieces of information. Once relevant documents are retrieved, the LLM generates a natural-language response based on both the user's query and the retrieved context—a method that drastically improves answer accuracy and relevance, especially for enterprise-specific use cases.
Additionally, the speaker explained a holistic pipeline for processing, storing, and querying text data using Text pre-processing and chunking and Vectorization with embedding models.
